Reserve Rights to Music Clause
All songs, lyrics, melodies, recordings, and related compositions (collectively referred to as “Works”) published, produced, or distributed by Lyriclove Music shall remain the sole property of Lyriclove Music, its parent company, partners, and/or the original creators and contributors, unless otherwise specified by a written agreement.
- Copyright Ownership:
- Lyriclove Music retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Works, including but not limited to copyrights, publishing rights, and performance rights.
- Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the Works without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Limited Personal Use:
- Individuals are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Works for personal purposes, such as private listening, performances in non-commercial settings, or sharing within personal circles.
- Personal use does not permit reproduction, adaptation, public performance, or distribution beyond private settings.
- Commercial Use:
- Any use of the Works for commercial purposes, including but not limited to public performances, broadcasting, advertising, or incorporation into commercial projects, requires prior written authorization from Lyriclove Music.
- Commercial users must enter into a separate licensing agreement, outlining specific terms, conditions, and applicable fees.
- Derivative Works:
- No derivative works, adaptations, or modifications of the Works may be created or distributed without the explicit written consent of Lyriclove Music.
- Exceptions may apply if granted through a specific agreement.
- Moral Rights:
- Lyriclove Music and the creators of the Works reserve the right to protect the integrity of the music, ensuring it is not used in a manner that misrepresents its original intent or purpose.
- Royalties and Compensation:
- Lyriclove Music reserves the right to collect royalties and other compensation for the use, reproduction, or public performance of the Works, as applicable.
- Personal use as outlined in Section 2 is not subject to royalties unless such use transitions into commercial activity.
- Termination of Rights:
- Any agreements regarding the licensing or use of the Works may be terminated in the event of a breach of terms by the licensee, at which point all rights revert exclusively to Lyriclove Music.
- Legal Protections:
- Lyriclove Music will pursue legal action against any infringement of the rights reserved under this clause to protect the integrity and ownership of the Works.
